The Swallows is a late Georgian house situated in an attractive residential area. Seafront and beach are within 300 yards of the house, and Exmouth town centre and station is just a 5 minute easy walk away.

World Heritage coast
If you enjoy walking, the south west coast path follows the magnificent coastline eastwards which now boasts world heritage status.

We are an ideal base whatever your needs from a short break, seaside holiday or simply if on other business a breath of sea air.

Our Location... just yards away from the sea front. Exmouth is a beautiful family resort with its 2 mile long seafront, lovely cliff walks with stunning views of the bay. It has an excellent beach for the family to swim and play or just to relax, or enjoy its many activities.

Sand dunes and rock pools and plenty of sea front attractions will keep everyone entertained for hours.The Dorset and East Devon Coast has been officially ranked alongside the Great Barrier Reef and the Grand Canyon as one of the natural wonders of the world.

The coast provides a walk through time of 185 million years of the earth's history and stretches from Orcombe Point at Exmouth in Devon to Old Harry Rocks in Dorset.
