"On behalf of Exmouth Town Council I would like to thank the performers, contributors and sponsors for supporting the Festival again this year, and all those who have worked so hard to put together such a varied and entertaining programme. Also you, the residents and visitors to the town, who come along to enjoy yourselves"

24 May 2008 19:30
Pavillion, Exmouth Music Festival

Glorious Chorus
Glorious Chorus will have you re-thinking what you thought a choir was in the first place.
Glorious Chorus, the aptly named 40 strong a-cappella choir led by Helen Yeomans goes from strength to strength. Since its start in 2003, Glorious Chorus has won over the hearts of its audiences, with original songs and arrangements written by Helen. The choir delivers with passion and professionalism, and has become accustomed to full houses and standing ovations.

30 May Imperial Recreation Ground
Joey the Lips

sponsored by Exmouth Town Council and The Rotary Club of Exmouth. Billed as the Nations funkiest 10 piece sole band you will be up and dancing before you know it. The venue will be the Imperial Recreation Ground so we can fit in a huge audience. This will be our own ‘Stadium event’ followed by a firework display. Come early at 6pm, bring your collapsible chairs and a picnic and live the life of Riley on your own doorstep. There is a reasonable charge of £6 in advance or £8 on the gate – where else can you get such value?
