Train Station 1867 where B. Griffen worked

Topsham Station? (more info coming)

BELOW photo is a close up of the people. Left of the photo are 2 Children, one on the left with a flat cap or hat, shorts? 2 Railway men?
both with things in their left hands, flags? The man with light coloured hat reaching out, he has a belt over his left
shoulder that goes around behind his back, what is it for? Also what is that white looking thing above his left shoulder,
a gun or for fishing or something else? To the right of the big pole (telegraph pole, judging by the big photo),
is Mr, B. Griffen, with a peeked hat, looks different to the Railway men .
He worked for the Telegraph Office there. Further right is another man with a big many
buttoned coat, has he something on his lower legs?

This old original photo is from 1867, © about 5x3 inches on wood

Many thanks to Mrs. Margaret Porter, in Canada who is a relative of B. Giffen.
(Margaret please contact me again, im no longer in Switzerland)
