There
are two miles of golden sandy beaches, a bustling shopping
centre with beautiful floral displays and a large expanse
of unspoiled moor and common land nearby.
For
the younger generations there are many youth organisations,
and sports facilities, including a
skate park, indoor swimming pool, and both indoor and outdoor
tennis courts, golf courses and numerous entertainment centres
are available for those wishing to take advantage of them.
So
come and visit, you will be welcome in Exmouth.
Exmouth
is a beautiful family resort with its 2 mile long seafront,
lovely cliff walks with stunning views of the bay. It has
an excellent beach for the family to swim and play or just
to relax, or enjoy its many activities. Sand dunes and rock
pools and plenty of sea front attractions will keep everyone
entertained for hours.
The
Dorset and East Devon Coast from Exmouth (eastwards) has been
officially ranked alongside the Great Barrier Reef and the
Grand Canyon as one of the natural wonders of the world.

estuary of the River Exe offers
many attractions for boat trips, Sailing
and and water sports.
The
River Exe is
renowned nationally and
beyond as a site of special scientific interest
and an important habitat for wading and
migrating birds. Exmouth has it's Nature
reserve on the River Exe,
In
the immediate vicinity are attractive
rural and coastal walks.
It
is at the start of the East Devon
Way an
inland walk that goes as far as Dorset. |
In
the centre of East Devon's glorious countryside with Woodbury
Common and beautiful towns and villages nearby. Only 25
minutes away from Exeter by train with great views of the
Exe Estuary, internationally renowned for its wildlife.
